1. Currency & Pricing

All transactions on our website are conducted in United States Dollars (USD). The total amount displayed at checkout includes the price of your selected items, applicable taxes calculated before order confirmation, and free standard shipping. There are no hidden fees — what you see is exactly what you pay.

5. Payment Issues

If your payment is declined or you experience issues during checkout, please try the following:

  • Double-check your billing address, card number, expiry date, and CVV
  • Ensure your card has sufficient funds or available credit
  • Contact your bank or card issuer to confirm whether the transaction was blocked
  • Try a different payment method (another card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc.)
  • Disable VPN or try a different browser/device if the checkout page is not loading

Pending / Temporary Authorization Holds: In some cases, your bank may place a temporary authorization hold even if the payment does not complete. These holds typically disappear within 3–10 business days. If a hold persists beyond that, please contact your bank directly.

Duplicate Charges: If you believe you were charged more than once, please contact us immediately with your order number and a screenshot of the transaction(s). 6. Order Modifications & Cancellations

Modifications: You may request to modify your order (items, shipping address, or payment method) within 2 hours of placing your order. Please contact us immediately at info@laboutiquebyrosa.com with your order number. After 2 hours, your order may enter our fulfillment process and modifications may no longer be possible.

Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement, provided they have not yet shipped. To cancel, contact us with your order number. If your order has already shipped, please follow our Refunds & Returns Policy.

Order Cancellation by the Store: We reserve the right to cancel orders in the following circumstances: payment cannot be verified, billing or shipping information appears invalid or fraudulent, items are out of stock, pricing errors are identified, or unusual order patterns are detected. If we cancel your order after processing, you will receive a full refund within 10 business days.

7. Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders. No handling or processing fees will be added at checkout.
